My name is Julie Boyce. I grew up in Marshfield, MO and graduated college at MSU in Springfield. I am currently working towards a masters degree in technology. I am now teaching 5th grade math and science at Royal Heights Elementary in the Joplin School District. Previously, I have taught one year of 3rd grade, 5 years of 4th grade, and 2 years of 5th grade.

In my free-time, I enjoy running road races, including distances from 5k to marathons. I qualified for the Boston in November and plan to run the Boston 2010 Marathon. I'm often found at the gym running or lifting weights. Also, I enjoy being outside, doing anything active including bike riding, walking my dog, Baxter, or working on the family farm in Marshfield. I enjoy spending time with family and friends.
