After homework is assigned, students usually get time in class to work on it. If they do not finish it in class they are to take it home for homework. All assignments should be written in their daily planner. If a student does not have their homework completed, they will need to finish it in study hall (lunch recess). If it is not turned in by 2:45, it will be a zero.

Thursday Packets

Every Thursday students will bring home a "Thursday Packet" containing graded work, handouts, and announcements. Please empty your packet, go over it's contents with your child, sign it in the space provided, and send the packet back to school on Friday.

Reading Log

Students need to read for 20 minutes every night (Monday-Thursday) and record their response in their reading log. Parents need to sign the reading logs every night. Students who do not read will need to make up the time during study hall. Students may read extra to earn more money for our classroom economy.
