Detail	Complete explanation of what you did.	Provides some information, but leaves some detail out.	Information is incomplete. Reader still has questions about what was done.
Thought Process	Writer asks questions, provides answers or predictions for the questions, and makes judgments about the activity or experiment.	Either leaves out questions, predictions, or judgments OR gives simple answers.	Give a simple summary. No questions, predictions, or judgment calls. Simply answer if hypothesis is wrong or right. Stray from the topic.
