About Mrs. Reynolds

	I belong to a family of Cardinals fans! My husband Joe and I have four kids. Cassie, and Brianna attend Joplin Schools, and Nick and Andrea are Joplin graduates. My family is very supportive and helpful! I am very fortunate to have the family I do.
	We have two puppies, Annie and Zoe. They love to play in our yard and wrestle with each other.
	This is my cat, Casper. He is almost five years old. He really likes to sleep, especially when he has something to rest his head on.
	I taught at Royal Heights Elementary for six years before taking the position of Technology Integration Educator for the Joplin School District.
	One of my hobbies includes reading. Here is a stack of my favorite books.
	In 2006, I began the eMINTS program. This program has given me the opportunity to incorporate technology into my curriculum. Benefits of this program include student collaboration and life skills necessary for the work force. My classroom is equipped with one computer for every two students, a SMARTBoard, scanner, printer, digital camera, and digital camcorder.
	My favorite subject to teach is science. I have always been interested in this subject and enjoy incorporating nonfiction reading skills and hands-on inquiry into my lessons.
	I graduated from Missouri Southern State University with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education in 2002. In 2007, I received my master's degree in Instructional Technology from MSSU and Northwest Missouri State University.
