We are always looking for more judges for our Heart of the Ozarks tournament in February. You do not need experience to judge. We offer judging orientations to make you feel more comfortable with judging speech/acting/debate rounds.
Judging is fun, meaningful and a learning experience all in one! Here are people who are eligible to judge at our tournament:
1. Parents/Guardians of students
2. Older siblings of students
3. Grandparents of students
4. Aunts/Uncles of students
5. Older cousins of students
6. Community Members in Joplin/surrounding areas
7. Friends of students
8. Former speech/debaters
9. Anyone out of high school and interested in helping out with the JHS Speech/Debate program!
