Department Overview

The Technology Services Department supports teachers and staff members in their continual efforts to improve instruction so that each student may achieve at higher levels.

Technology Specialists
Each building in the district has an assigned Technology Specialist. Key tasks inlcude:
  • One-on-one training
  • Troubleshooting of software/hardware issues
  • Conduct technology workshops
Help Desk
If your Technology Specialist is not in your building and you have an immediate need, please call 625-5200 ext. 2010. The Help Desk will try to resolve the problem over the phone utilizing additional resources if necessary

Network Service Personnel
There are two technicians with specific building assignments. Key tasks include:
  • Hardware repair
  • Network, server and Email management
  • Audio/visual repair
Data Processing
Two individuals are dedicated to operational technology. Key tasks include:
  • Student records (grades/test scores) and demographics
  • Attendance
  • Finance
  • Employee records
